thanksgiving in boston

i went to boston for thanksgiving. however, because i am a vegetarian i did not see turkey on my dinner plate, but i did see these two wild turkeys crossing the road in front of owen's car. too bad i couldn't get my camera out in time to catch them in mid-street. i had tofurkey made by owen's mom, and it was pretty good but basically tasted like a boca burger without the bun.

also, owen and i really wanted to go to this one pinball venue called "salem willows arcade" that according to some guy on the internet (c'mon, everyone trusts "some guy on the internet", right?) is the best one around. so we drove all the way to salem, which took like an awful hour, and guess what... it was CLOSED for the SEASON. just our luck. the large parking lot was comically desolate.
